The Ministry of Education is currently undertaking a comprehensive review of the Early Learning Regulatory System (the Review). The Review’s purpose is to ensure that the regulatory system is clear and fit for purpose to support high quality educational outcomes for our youngest learners.

This survey is on proposals relating to 80% qualified teachers and persons responsible in teacher-led centre-based and hospital-based services. The feedback you provide will be used to inform final decisions.
