The Ministry of Education is currently undertaking a comprehensive review of the Early Learning Regulatory System (the Review). The Review’s purpose is to ensure that the regulatory system is clear and fit for purpose to support high quality educational outcomes for our youngest learners.

This survey is on proposals to establish a new network management function by 1 August 2022. The feedback you provide will be used to inform final decisions.
