Welcome to the consultation on draft Regulations and support material to implement the new planning and reporting framework for schools and kura.
On 1 January 2023, the new planning and reporting framework for schools and kura in the Education and Training Act 2020 (the Act) came into effect. The Act set out the new requirements for planning and reporting, however, it left the details to be set out in regulations.
There are currently transitional arrangements in place until the new Regulations take effect from mid-2023.
